We recommend 4-6 weeks prior, but we have book events as little as one week out. Booking as early as possible helps to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons.

Generally No, we use wireless transmitters for both audio and video. Any wires we do use are discretely tucked away out of site and away from audience traffic areas, or covered with identifiable or discrete cable covers.

Yes, we can edit the video after the conference for an extra fee. We have editors on staff that can take the best moments of the event and compile a promo or sizzle reel. We can also put together training videos or in house promotional pieces.

We can provide lighting and accent lighting for the on stage presenters for broadcast. We do not offer house lighting or room and ambient lighting.
