The St. Johns River runs through the heart of the city and hosts three major US trade ports for goods from over one hundred different countries. Crossing over the St. Johns River, you'll find the most distinctive landmarks of Jacksonville are the engineering marvels known locally as the seven bridges. Each bridge has a unique story from inception to construction, repair, replacement, and renewal. Each bridge is listed below in chronological order of construction.

A few weeks ago we shot web video for Amazon at the new fulfillment center (dubbed Jax 2) here in Jacksonville. It is a massive facility (over 800,000 square feet!) and is adding an estimated 1,500 new full-time jobs to the Jacksonville economy, which is a pretty cool thing for our city.

Once upon a time, this building rumbled with the sound of air-compressors,  impact wrenches, and 500-horsepower Italian twelve cylinder engines.  From 1989 until 1998, Lamborghini USA Inc. was headquartered in this building in Jacksonville, FL.

You wouldn't guess by driving on this structure that from above it takes on a perfectly symmetrical set of rings reminiscent of the Auryn ("Do what you wish") symbol from the Never Ending Story. This type of interchange is referred to by engineers as a Turbine Interchange
